Concentrated Control and the Exit from Delaware

Companies that left Delaware in 2025 were disproportionately those with concentrated voting control: 72.7% of exits had a single vote holder above 20% of the vote, against 19.2% across the 3,000 largest companies traded on U.S. exchanges.
